JCC Maccabi terms to know

JCC Maccabi Central

CC Maccabi Central is the office in each village where staff villages are located. Coaches and athletes can go to JCC Maccabi Central to get new credentials, ask questions, obtain information, etc.

MOKED

MOKED is the JCC Maccabi Games hotline. It will be open 24/7 to assist participants with any inquiries. The MOKED can be reached by phone at +972-3-6715800 or via WhatsApp at +972 55-997-9806. The MOKED staff will address any and all issues and direct participants to the appropriate department representative. All inquiries will be managed by the MOKED until they are fully resolved. In addition, as necessary, the MOKED will handle the registration of evacuees and hospital admissions for participants.

MAC-ID

This is your JCC Maccabi ID number, located on your credentials. It will help you identify yourself to the Games control center staff and village staff, or if you need help at the MOKED or through the emergency button app.

Medical Central

Medical Central is the medical clinic at ANA (more info needed). It is located at the ANA Tsviya Ve-Yitshak St 18, Haifa for direction click here

Shinshinim

Shinshinim are members of the Maccabi Tzair Youth movement who will manage and oversee “Hangtime” programming during opening hours. On Shabbat, the shinshinim will be the madrichim (educational team) of the program at the village.

Matam

The Matam is the facility operations manager and represents the Games and the sports department in the sports facilities. The matam is responsible for all logistical aspects of the facility.
